EXPERIENCE:
David Malouf has extensive experience in property law gained over more than 30 years of practice. He has a particular interest and expertise in property development, including acquiring sites, selling “off the plan”, and drafting and advising on associated development documents. David’s practice has seen him take many large scale and complex residential and mixed use developments, often staged, to a successful completion.
David also has a busy general property practice, which tackles large sales and acquisitions including associated legal due diligence, as well as leasing and general advice work.
